Watch out, the HEADSHOT! project marches onward, upward and all around! With newly conceived multimedia craziness, and the unleashing of a year of creative thinking and planning we will be intersecting with the exceptional theatre and music theatre departments at Millikin University for a six-week research, development and performance residency. We are excited to return to where the original seeds for the production were created.
MB ADAPTORS' latest theatrical exploration, HEADSHOT! is the culmination of over a year of development in New York, Barcelona, and Viterbo and Millikin Universities. HEADSHOT! takes a sideways look at our need for acceptance and our desperate search for individuality in a sea of humanity. In HEADSHOT!, the characters find themselves at a surrealistic audition with no clear indication as to what type or talent the omnipotent directors might be seeking, and they have no idea what may be required of them. What they are well aware of however is that the competition is fierce and the challenge of winning takes precedence over anything else. Experience the unexpected as these characters' efforts to be chosen unleash a bizarre series of events. This is one audition you won't want to miss!
